On the road to Baghdad
Welcome to my website. Here I am in the Green Zone, at the Baghdad airport, May, 2006, the first of my two embed tours with the U.S Army. During my first tour I wrote and photographed articles about the 1016th Transportation Company's first month in Iraq. On my second tour in August, 2007, I reported on the 321st Engineer Battalion's final weeks in Ramadi and al Anbar province.These days I'm keeping busy working for the Idaho State Journal and working freelance on my days off while making plans for future projects here in southeast Idaho and elsewhere.
